Latest Boob Cupping Photo Shoot by Lindsay Lohan - - Shot by Tyler Shields also Featuring Spencer Falls

As a part of her latest photo shoot, her first since she was freed from house arrest two weeks ago, Lindsay Lohan got her boobs grabbed and groped on the late night mean streets of downtown L.A.

The guy grabbing her right breast is Spencer Falls. For the record -- LiLo is NOT dating Spencer. But based on the photos, she's still a real handful.

The photos were taken by her BFF Tyler Shields.

“In matters of love sometimes you have to be willing to get your hands dirty,” says Tyler Shields, LiLo’s artist friend, on his website.

While serving his sentence under house arrest, Lilo took the opportunity to pose for photographer Alan Gelati. Photos that are found today in a Vanity Fair magazine. And the starlet took the opportunity to explain his troubles.

"I was in prison with women who have committed murder," she said outraged. "Unless you are a killer, I see no reason to go to jail," she continued stating that he had hurt herself.
